It just froze on the 3 dots in the wheel, no longer moving. I waited a couple of hours, which turned into over night. No problem right? Well, when the computer restarted again, it showed up the Windows logo again (or my motherboard logo, if I left the option to have it show up on) and the scrolling wheel of 3 dots froze AGAIN after 2-3 seconds. So, it copied the files, and everything was all and good, and then on the screen Windows said to complete the set up it would restart a couple of times. Well, this is where issues happened again. I was successful! I was able to get up to the point after I entered in my activation key for Home, and had to select the M.2 drive for installation. So, I found a way to boot from the usb flash drive in "Safe Mode" and tried it there. Firstly, whenever I do run the setup for "Windows 10 64 bit", the Windows logo pops up, and then after 2-3 seconds there is a freeze as the wheel of three dots stops spinning. Recently I bought the official Windows 10 Home bootable usb from Best Buy, and tried to boot it up. GTX 1080 (will upgrade later when I need to) I successfully built my system, with everything turning on and getting recognized in my motherboard's bios.
